Over 25 years ago, Oncor identified that they would need an employee time tracking system that helped them centralize their time keeping efforts. They chose Prometheus WorkTech because it allowed them to enter daily employee time directly into WorkTech and sync to their payroll, segment their users by payroll cycles (bi-weekly and semi-monthly), track regular time pay, overtime pay, double time, leave, PTO, and sick time, automatically sync information from WorkTech to FIM and UltiPro, and log time based on work order (OMS or project based).
